Qualification: Diploma / B.E. – Electrical & Electronics / Electrical Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant electrical systems and production equipment.
- Ensure maximum machine uptime for CNC, VMC, SPM, compressors, and utility equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults involving PLCs, VFDs, control panels, sensors, and drives.
- Plan maintenance schedules and coordinate with Production to minimize downtime.
- Monitor power distribution systems, DG sets, transformers, and LT panels.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory requirements, and 5S practices.
- Lead maintenance technicians and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Electrical maintenance of CNC/VMC/SPM machines
- PLC, VFD, Servo Drives & Control Circuits
- Electrical panel troubleshooting
- Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance
- TPM, Root Cause Analysis & 5S
- AutoCAD Electrical (preferred)
- MS Excel & ERP knowledge
