Qualification: Diploma / B.E. – Mechanical Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of CNC, VMC, SPM, and utility equipment.
- Ensure maximum machine uptime through effective maintenance planning and execution.
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical issues related to hydraulics, pneumatics, spindles, ball screws, guideways, and lubrication systems.
- Coordinate with Production to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- Monitor machine health and implement TPM and preventive maintenance practices.
- Ensure availability of critical spares and maintain maintenance records.
- Enforce safety, 5S, and statutory compliance across the maintenance department.
