Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled System Administrator with at least 1 year of experience to manage and maintain IT infrastructure in an automotive manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in server administration, networking, cybersecurity, and user support to ensure smooth IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Server & Network Administration

Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers and ensure uptime.

Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and VPN network issues.

Manage firewall, routers, and switches.

Implement and maintain backup/disaster recovery systems.
2. User Support & IT Operations

Provide support for hardware, software, and network issues.

Manage Active Directory, user access, and permissions.

Support Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.
3. Security & Compliance

Enforce IT security protocols, endpoint protection, and encryption.

Monitor logs and respond to security alerts.

Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and audits.
4. Software & Hardware Management

Install, configure, and update OS and applications.

Maintain IT assets: desktops, laptops, printers, servers.
5. Infrastructure Monitoring & Upgrades

Monitor system performance and conduct preventive maintenance.

Assist with IT infrastructure upgrades and improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

Experience with Windows Server/Linux systems.

Good knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN, DNS, DHCP).

Familiar with Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365, Exchange.

Experience with backup tools (e.g., Veeam, Acronis).

Basic cybersecurity knowledge.

Strong troubleshooting abilities.
