Qualification: Diploma / B.E. – Mechanical Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize machining processes for CNC Turning and VMC operations.
- Create, prove-out, and optimize CNC programs to achieve cycle time and quality targets.
- Design and develop fixtures, jigs, and tooling for new and existing products.
- Select cutting tools, inserts, and machining parameters to improve productivity and tool life.
- Prepare process sheets, setup instructions, SOPs, and standard work documents.
- Support new product development (APQP), PPAP, and production trials.
- Analyze process capability and implement improvements to reduce cycle time, rejection, and manufacturing cost.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Tool Room for process improvements and troubleshooting.
