Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Human Resources Officer (preferably male) to join our HR department. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for employee engagement, and experience in HR operations. This role is crucial in supporting the HR team with various activities including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees and ensure smooth integration into the company.
- Administer employee benefits, policies, and compensation management.
- Support the HR team in handling employee grievances and fostering a positive work environment.
- Assist in performance management, training, and development programs.
- Maintain HR records, ensure compliance with labor laws, and prepare reports as needed.
- Foster strong relationships with employees at all levels to enhance engagement and retention.
Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification: MBA (HR), MSW, MHRM, or related discipline.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the HR domain, preferably within the automotive or auto ancillary industry.
- Gender Preference: Male candidates are preferred.
