Job Description:
We are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with experience in maintaining CNC machines, machining centers, and hobbing machines. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hydraulic and pneumatic systems, as well as expertise in spindles and bearings. This position is key to ensuring that all mechanical equipment is running efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines, Machining Centers, and Hobbing Machines.
- Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems to ensure smooth operations.
- Diagnose and replace spindles and bearings.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to IATF (International Automotive Task Force) and EMS (Environmental Management System).
Key Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate in Mechanical Engineering, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience (3+Years):
- Hands-on experience with CNC Machining Centers and Hobbing Machines.
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Knowledge of spindle and bearing maintenance.
- Experience in maintaining IATF and EMS documentation.
- Additional Preference: Immediate joiners preferred.
